The Guiltinan Group, a boutique residential real estate brokerage firm based in San Diego, California has been acquired by HomeServices of America, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate.
With approximately 100 sales associates operating out of four offices throughout San Diego, the Guiltinan Group has a strong understanding of the Southern California real estate market.
This acquisition strengthens HomeServices already significant presence in Southern California. The relationship will allow for continued growth of HomeServices’ market-leading position throughout California.
HomeServices’ presence in California began in 2002 with the acquisition of Prudential California Realty, the leading residential real estate company in California. Prudential California Realty has approximately 4,600 sales associates and 82 offices in San Diego, Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Riverside counties.
